Keep the work moving between meetings.

Every decision becomes an action with an owner and a due date. Three agents chase, analyse and write the status, the register and the pack. Nothing is closed by silence, and nothing reaches the client without you.

From one meeting to the next.

What the agents do at each step. The agents here are one team’s choice. You decide which roles yours has.

Step 1

You and your agents

Meet

The steering meeting runs to an agenda with you in the chair. Every decision is recorded and becomes an action with an owner and a due date.

Step 2

Agents with the owners

Follow up

The Coordinator keeps the action list current, asks owners for updates in the room and records what comes back. An unanswered action stays open.

Step 3

Agents together

Analyse and write

The Analyst rebuilds the numbers when data arrives and raises a risk when it does not. The Document specialist drafts the weekly status and the findings pack from the record.

Step 4

You

Reach the client

Invitations to the client and the findings pack are external actions. Each waits for you, every time, and is recorded with your approval.

What you get back.

A status report, an action list and a risk register that are current without anyone chasing them, each with owners and due dates.

What stays with you.

Three rules that never change, whatever the project.

  • By design
    Inactivity is not permission

An open action or risk stays open until its owner closes it. The Coordinator may remind; it may not close on someone's behalf.

  • Approval needed
    Contacting the client

Calendar invitations and emails to the client are external actions. They wait for you and are recorded with your approval.

  • Person decides
    What goes in the pack

Agents draft the findings pack from the record. You decide what the client sees.

We will set up a delivery team around its next steering meeting.
