Step 1
You and your agents
Define
You describe who you want to reach and why now, and name the sources the agents may use. Purchased lists and contact scraping are not among them.
Three agents build a prospect list from sources you allow, qualify each one with a reason, and draft outreach that cites what it says. You approve every message before it goes anywhere.
What the agents do at each step. The agents here are one team’s choice. You decide which roles yours has.
Step 1
You and your agents
You describe who you want to reach and why now, and name the sources the agents may use. Purchased lists and contact scraping are not among them.
Step 2
Your agents
The Prospector lists each organisation with the reason it is there, a dated source and a fit rating. Weak fits are shown, not hidden.
Step 3
Agents together
The Writer drafts one message per strong prospect, personalised from its source. The Reviewer traces every claim and removes anything about results.
Step 4
You, one at a time
Each message waits for you. Approve, edit or decline, one at a time. It goes from your own account, and the record shows which you approved.
A prospect list where every row says why, and drafts that say something specific and true about each organisation.
Three rules that never change, whoever you are writing to.
Outreach goes from your account only after you approve that specific message. There is no bulk send.
The Prospector reads only the public sources and collections you name. It does not scrape contact details beyond the named role.
The Reviewer removes anything that cannot be traced to a source, including claims about results. Avendrio makes no promise about reply rates or revenue.
We will show how the team would build and qualify it from your sources.
